Ros Hendren CMgr FCMI, FCIPP, FHEA has over 32 years’ experience in the payroll industry, assisting clients in ensuring legislative compliance, maximising efficiencies and effectiveness within internal operations, and devising and implementing strategic process and system improvements. She has worked as a tutor for the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) for nearly 20 years and was a member of the board for over 5 years.
