Cancelling your subscription is simple. If you would like to cancel, please follow the instructions below. You can cancel any time, no matter if you are in or out of trial. Please note, that if you are out of trial, there may be a charge for any issues you have received as part of your subscription.

Webinar/Workshop Cancellation Policy
For webinar cancellation by the participant, the deadline to receive a refund for a webinar is 5 business days before the webinar.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone (01756 693180), or email (cs@agorabusiness.co.uk), and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
