Agora modernises billing system with a move to .pdf invoicing for customers. 

As part of Agora’s commitment to making customers’ lives easier, especially during the current Covid-19 pandemic with many people working from home, we are happy to announce that we are introducing paperless billing. 

With this next step in our digitalisation strategy, instead of receiving a paper invoice which can potentially get lost in the post or go to the wrong person, a .pdf invoice will now be delivered directly into our customers’ inbox. This is more secure and will help to speed up payment, avoiding unnecessary delays. 

We are also aware that many companies are now going paperless, and we are keen to lower our own carbon footprint by reducing our use of paper.
