Paul Smith is a renowned expert in the field of health & safety with a career spanning 40 years, including experience as an HSE Inspector, a consultant and trainer. Most recently he was Head of Safety, Health and Environment at E.ON’s Engineering Academy.

Carolyn Dukes is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH), and a registered OSHCR consultant. With over 18 years’ in the field, Carolyn’s safety management experience is wide-ranging and includes time spent working in education, healthcare, events management, logistics and law enforcement.
