About the Editor


Susan Singleton is a solicitor with her own firm, practicing in the commercial, competition and IP/data protection law areas advising clients around the world. Vice Chairman of the Competition Law Association until recently, Susan is the author of more than 30 law books including on data protection and internet law. She speaks frequently at UK and international conferences in this area. She is on the EU Laws Committee of the Licensing Executives Society and has previously sat on the board as an independent member of the Direct Marketing Association.
